Article 14. Risk assessment in the field of combating human trafficking of the Law on Combating Human Trafficking
1. Risk assessment in the field of combating human trafficking is carried out by authorized state bodies in order to identify threats and opportunities to solve the problem of human trafficking, identify shortcomings in the implementation of measures to combat human trafficking.
2. The rules for risk assessment in the field of combating human trafficking are approved by a joint regulatory legal act of authorized state bodies.
3. The results of the risk assessment in the field of combating human trafficking and the recommendations developed aimed at improving activities to identify and eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to human trafficking are reviewed at a meeting of the interdepartmental commission on combating human trafficking and are communicated to the subjects of combating human trafficking, as well as taken into account when developing an action plan, strategic, programmatic and other documents..

This Law defines the organizational and legal framework for combating human trafficking.
