Article 14. Safety requirements for the installation, operation and repair of machinery and equipment The Law on the Safety of Machinery and Equipment
1. During the installation, operation, and repair of machinery and equipment, compliance with the requirements of technical regulations, design documentation for the system, and operating instructions for machinery and equipment must be ensured.
The commissioning and technical inspection of the attractions are carried out in accordance with the national standard.
2. When making changes to the design of machinery and equipment, it is not allowed to reduce the safety requirements set out in their technical documentation.
3. The person carrying out the repair of a machine or equipment is obliged to carry out the entire set of measures defined by the project to ensure the safety of machines and equipment, established by the manufacturer in the technical documentation.
4. After the installation or repair of the machine or equipment, the operator (personnel) must carry out a risk assessment of the machines and equipment, if this is provided for in the technical documentation for the relevant types of work.
Repaired machines and equipment that do not comply with technical documentation may be used if they comply with technical regulations.

This Law regulates public relations in determining, establishing, applying and fulfilling requirements for machines and equipment, their life cycle processes, and establishes the legal basis for ensuring safety to ensure the protection of human life, health and the environment.
