Article 14. Soil bonitation The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Soil Protection   

      1. Soil bonitation shall be conducted based on soil survey data by a republican state enterprise on the right of economic management, established by a decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      2. The procedure for conducting soil bonitation shall be determined by the authorized body. 

On soil protection, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2026 No. 341-VIII SAM 

This Law regulates public relations in the field of soil protection and defines their legal, economic and organizational bases.
