State regulation of technical and technological support of the agro-industrial complex is carried out through:

1) organization of renewal of the machine and tractor fleet and technological equipment;

2) development of a network of machine technology stations (service centers) and monitoring of their activities;

3) conducting tests and mandatory certification of agricultural machinery products of domestic and foreign production;

4) implementation of the state technical inspection;

5) search, transfer and implementation of advanced domestic and foreign technologies by a specialized technology transfer organization.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 66.

This Law defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for the implementation of state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
