Article 14. The legal status of employees of the foreign intelligence agency of the Law on Foreign Intelligence
The legitimate demands of the staff of the foreign intelligence agency are binding on citizens, officials and organizations. Failure to comply with the legal requirements of employees of the foreign intelligence agency, insulting, resisting, threatening violence or encroaching on their life, health, honor and dignity, property, other actions that hinder the performance of their duties, as well as encroaching on the life, health, honor, dignity and property of their family members, close relatives (parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children, full and half siblings, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren) in connection with the performance of official duties and official duties by employees of the foreign intelligence agency entail responsibility established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Damage caused to the property of an employee of a foreign intelligence agency, as well as damage caused to the health and property of family members and close relatives (parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children, full- and half-siblings, grandparents, grandchildren) of an employee of a foreign intelligence agency in connection with the performance of his official duties, shall be reimbursed in full. from budgetary funds. The procedure for compensation of damage is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the status, competence and organization of activities of foreign intelligence entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and members of the intelligence community of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
