1. A creative worker has the right to:

1) protection of information, the disclosure or loss of which harms or may harm his interests related to the implementation of creative activities;

2) involvement of third parties in their activities;

3) participation in the formation of state policy in the field of culture;

4) joining public associations, associations and unions for creative and professional interests;

5) access to archives, libraries, museums and other cultural organizations for creative activities;

6) encouragement for achievements in the field of culture in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. A cultural worker has the right to:

1) joining professional, creative unions and other public associations;

2) providing conditions for the implementation of professional activities, including through the involvement of charitable assistance;

3) professional development at the expense of the state budget or the employer, if he is an employee of a non-governmental cultural organization;

4) retraining at the expense of the state budget or the employer;

5) additional payments and allowances in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) participation in the formation of state policy in the field of culture, as well as solving the tasks of the state in the field of culture;

7) encouragement for achievements in the field of culture in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A cultural worker of a cultural organization has the right to undergo an early certification in order to upgrade the category of his position.

3. A creative worker and a cultural worker must comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when carrying out their activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2006 No. 207.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of creation, revival, preservation, development, dissemination and use of culture in the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the legal, economic, social and organizational foundations of state policy in the field of culture.
