Article 14. Transit transportation of goods and passengers of the Law on Transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Transit transportation of goods and passengers through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out:  

      by rail, air, road, sea and inland waterway transport on roads, highways and waterways open for interstate communications in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international agreements and treaties.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 21, 1994 No. 156.

     This Law defines the foundations of the legal, economic and organizational activities of transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
