1. National carriers carry out their activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. National carriers provide services for the transportation of passengers, baggage, cargo, mail and (or) cargo, as well as perform special and military transportation.

3. National carriers, in cooperation with the National Infrastructure Operator and other participants in the transportation process, are obliged to provide and carry out military transportation as a matter of priority.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2001 No. 266.

This Law regulates public relations between carriers, participants in the transportation process, government agencies, passengers, senders, recipients, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities when transporting passengers, baggage, cargo, baggage, and mail by rail.
