1. The state provides social support to ballet dancers of cultural organizations in the form of special monthly cash payments in the amount of sixty percent of the average monthly salary of a ballet dancer for the last three years from one place of work as a ballet dancer, but not more than 109 times the monthly calculation index established for the relevant financial year by the law on the republican budget.

Mandatory pension contributions are deducted from special monthly cash payments and transferred to the unified accumulative pension fund in the amount and in accordance with the procedure established by the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Ballet dancers of cultural organizations who have stopped their professional activity as ballet dancers have the right to receive special monthly cash payments if they have at least twenty years of professional work experience.

A ballet dancer is an artist who has an appropriate choreographic education with the qualification "ballet dancer", whose job responsibilities include performing choreographic roles and, according to the staff schedule, holding the position of "ballet dancer" in professional groups, opera and ballet theaters, musical and musical drama theaters and concert organizations.

3. Upon reaching the retirement age established by the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, special monthly cash payments to ballet dancers of cultural organizations are terminated.

4. Special monthly monetary payments to ballet dancers of cultural organizations are made in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.
