1. Activities related to the installation, adjustment and maintenance of security alarm systems are carried out in compliance with the notification procedure.

2. The notification procedure is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

3. Entities engaged in the installation, adjustment and maintenance of security alarm systems must comply with the requirements established by Article 15-2 of this Law.

4. The authorized body exercising state control over the installation, commissioning and maintenance of security alarm systems maintains a register of entities that have submitted a notification to engage in this type of activity.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2000 No. 85.

This Law establishes the legal basis of security activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the status and powers of subjects engaged in security and security activities.
