1. The requirements for legal entities engaged in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of security alarm systems include the following:

1) a specialist of a legal entity with higher or secondary technical education corresponding to the field of work;

2) premises with equipment (or lease agreements) for setting up and maintaining security alarm systems and checking the technical condition of the equipment being installed.

2. The requirements for individuals engaged in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of security alarm systems include the following:

1) higher or secondary technical education corresponding to the field of work;

2) premises with equipment (or lease agreements) for setting up and maintaining security alarm systems and checking the technical condition of the equipment being installed.

3. The heads, employees of legal entities, and individuals engaged in the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of security alarm systems must be citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are not registered with health organizations for mental illness, who do not have a criminal record that has not been expunged or removed in accordance with the procedure established by law, or who have been released from criminal liability for committing a crime. based on paragraphs 3), 4), 9), 10) and 12) of the first part of Article 35 or Article 36 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan until the expiration of the lower limit of punishment in the form of imprisonment provided for in the relevant article of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
