1. Notification of the beginning or termination of the activity of a guide, tour guide, tourism instructor, travel agent is submitted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

2. Applicants who send a notification of the commencement of travel agency activities shall attach information in the form approved by the authorized body.

3. Applicants who send a notification of the commencement of activities as a guide, tour guide, or tourism instructor shall attach information to the notification in the form approved by the authorized body and a certificate of training in the field of tourism.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2001 No. 211.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social, and organizational foundations of tourism activity as one of the sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
