Authorized body in the field of civil protection:

1) organizes the coordination of interactions of state bodies in the elimination of emergency situations resulting from the consequences of road accidents;

2) issues instructions to officials, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities on the elimination of emergency situations resulting from the consequences of road accidents;

3) mobilizes material and technical resources in the liquidation of emergency situations resulting from the consequences of road accidents;

4) ensures the activities of emergency rescue services (including airmobile detachments) involved in the elimination of emergency situations resulting from the consequences of road accidents;

5) creates, organizes and ensures the operation of highway medical and rescue points;

6) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2014 No. 194-V SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis and general conditions for the functioning of road traffic and ensuring its safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
