1. The turnover of organic products is carried out in accordance with the rules of production and turnover of organic products and national standards.

2. Certificates of conformity, product test reports, conformity marks and other documents on conformity assessment of foreign states are recognized in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational foundations of the production and turnover of organic products, aimed at the conservation and rational use of natural resources, assistance in the formation of a healthy diet and the development of the market of organic products.
