1. Consumers of medical services have the right to:

1) receiving timely and high-quality medical care;

2) the choice of a medical organization in the system of compulsory social health insurance in accordance with this Law.

2. Consumers of medical services enjoy the rights of patients provided for by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Health of the People and the Healthcare System".

3. Consumers of medical services bear the duties provided for in Articles 80 and 82 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Health of the People and the Healthcare System", as well as other duties provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 405-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the system of compulsory social health insurance in order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to health protection.
