Article 15. Contents of the Registration certificate of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature
1. The registration certificate must contain the following information:
1) the number of the registration certificate and its validity period;
2) data allowing to identify the owner of the electronic digital signature;
3) the public key of the electronic digital signature;
4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/25/2020 No. 347-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);
5) information on the scope and limitations of the electronic digital signature;
6) details of the relevant certification center.
2. The certification center, in agreement with the participant of the electronic document management system, includes in the registration certificate additional information necessary for electronic document management.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2003 No. 370.
This Law is aimed at regulating relations arising from the creation and use of electronic documents certified by electronic digital signatures, providing for the establishment, modification or termination of legal relations, as well as the rights and obligations of participants in legal relations arising in the field of electronic document circulation, including civil law transactions.
