1. The dissemination of personal data is allowed subject to the consent of the subject or his legal representative, provided that the legitimate interests of other individuals and (or) legal entities are not affected.

2. The dissemination of personal data in cases beyond the previously stated purposes of their collection is carried out with the consent of the subject or his legal representative.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of personal data, as well as defines the purpose, principles and legal basis of activities related to the collection, processing and protection of personal data.
