Article 15. Ensuring veterinary (veterinary-sanitary) and sanitary-epidemiological safety in the field of aquaculture of the Law on Aquaculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) safety in the field of aquaculture is ensured in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary medicine, international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and acts constituting the law of the Eurasian Economic Union on veterinary issues.

     2. Sanitary and epidemiological safety in the field of aquaculture is ensured by complying with the requirements in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and acts constituting the law of the Eurasian Economic Union on food safety.
