1. The National Chamber is established in a different organizational and legal form of a non-profit organization.

The National Chamber has no right to engage in political activities, to create and reorganize into a political party.

2. Regional chambers are created by the National Chamber in each region, city of republican significance and the capital.

Only one regional chamber may be established and operate in the territory of the region, the city of republican significance and the capital.

3. Branches of the regional chamber are being established in the districts of the respective regions, cities of regional, republican significance and the capital, as well as in cities of regional and district significance.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2013 No. 129-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
