1. General educational curricula for preschool education and training are developed on the basis of the state mandatory standard for preschool education and training, taking into account the types of activities specific to preschool children.

2. General educational programs of preschool education and training:

1) ensure the continuity and continuity of preschool and primary education, taking into account the principle of unity of upbringing, education, development and recovery of children;

2) they focus on realizing the inclinations, inclinations, abilities, and talents of each child and preparing him for mastering the educational program of primary education based on an individual approach, taking into account the peculiarities of development and health status.

3. General education pre-school curricula form basic reading, writing, numeracy and language communication skills and provide for the creation of equal starting conditions for mastering primary education.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of education, defines the basic principles of state policy in this field and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to education.
