1. State bodies, state-owned legal entities, as well as quasi-public sector entities, within the limits of their competence, shall assist bodies engaged in counterintelligence activities in solving the tasks provided for in Article 3 of this Law.

2. Bodies engaged in counterintelligence activities, within the framework of international cooperation, interact with special services, security agencies, law enforcement agencies of foreign states, international and other organizations on the basis of relevant international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Information on cooperation in the field of counterintelligence activities between the parties to international treaties, as well as information on the scope and content of interaction, is limited in access and cannot be shared with anyone or used without the written consent and full consideration of the conditions of each of the parties.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2016 No. 35-VI SAM.

This Law defines the legal basis of counterintelligence activities and the system of guarantees of legality of their implementation.
