Article 15. Medical care in the zone (area)conducting a peacekeeping operation The Law on Peacekeeping Activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. In the absence of medical organizations or departments or medical equipment in the zone (area) of the peacekeeping operation, medical support for the national contingent in the zone (area) of the peacekeeping operation is carried out on the basis of international agreements in the medical organizations of the partner States, the host country.
2. In the absence of specialized medical organizations in the zone (area) of the peacekeeping operation, civilian personnel receive free medical care in military medical units of military personnel.

This Law regulates public relations related to the participation of the national contingent of the Republic of Kazakhstan in peace and security operations (missions) in accordance with international obligations assumed by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
