Article 15. Objects subject to state phytosanitary control of the Law on Plant Protection
The objects subject to state phytosanitary control are:
1) agricultural facilities, right-of-way and protected areas of highways, railways and other territories that are habitats for harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms, as well as crop production;
2) harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms;
3) pesticides and containers made from them, as well as containers from used pesticides, special equipment that is used for phytosanitary measures;
4) special storages (burial grounds).
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002 No. 331.
This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of plant protection from pests, weeds and plant diseases and is aimed at preserving crops, their quality and preventing harmful effects on human health and the environment when implementing phytosanitary measures in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
