1. Organizer of volunteer activities:

1) organizes the implementation of volunteer programs (projects) and volunteer actions;

2) participates in the implementation of state programs to support and stimulate volunteer activities, if this is provided for by these programs;

3) provides the volunteer organization and (or) the volunteer with information about planned and ongoing volunteer programs (projects) and volunteer actions, the number of their participants, the place and time of their holding, and the requirements for their holding, including by posting on their Internet resources;

4) creates conditions for the volunteer to carry out volunteer activities;

5) provides a letter of recommendation to the volunteer organization and/or the volunteer.

This Law establishes the legal basis, goals and objectives, principles, forms and types, as well as measures to support volunteer activities.
