1. With the exception of the case provided for in paragraph 3 of this article, the registration file shall be kept for each land plot and shall contain copies of the title and other documents attached to the application submitted for registration, including copies of the identification document for the land plot, as well as documents of the registering authority relating to this real estate object or its rightholders, and paper copies of electronic documents.

2. A separate registration file is maintained for each secondary real estate object that is part of the condominium facility.

3. If necessary, the registration file is conducted in several volumes for a land plot on which several primary real estate objects are located.

This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
