Article 15. Responsibility for violating the procedure for collecting signatures of the Constitutional Law a On the Republican Referendum
1. In case of detection of false signatures, violations of the procedure for collecting signatures and registration of signature sheets, the chairman of the territorial election commission submits an appropriate submission to the Central Election Commission.
2. Within one month from the date of submission, the Central Election Commission may decide to terminate the activities of the members of the initiative group who committed violations and to invalidate the signature lists in which violations of the requirements of this Constitutional Law were found.
3. The re-election of members of the initiative group, in respect of whom a decision has been made to terminate their activities, is not allowed during the preparation and conduct of this referendum.
4. In case of repeated violation of the procedure for collecting signatures and completing signature lists by the initiative group, the Central Election Commission may decide to terminate the activities of the referendum initiative group and revoke the certificate of its registration.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determines the procedure for the appointment, preparation and conduct of a republican referendum.
