For the implementation of extremism of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners and persons without citizenship are not responsible, according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Persons, with the participation of extremist organizations or improved extremist activities, can be transferred to the State Service, war service and services in special state and law enforcement agencies.

Content

This law defines the legal and organizational grounds for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
