1. Military personnel of the military police bodies are responsible for committing offenses in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Military personnel of military police bodies are brought to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the procedure established by the general military regulations of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations.

2. Actions (inaction) of military personnel of military police bodies may be appealed to higher officials in court in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations related to the activities of the military police.
