The withdrawal of the auditor qualification certificate is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

The decision to revoke the auditor qualification certificate is sent by the authorized body to professional organizations and is published in Kazakh and Russian on its Internet resource, as well as posted in the financial reporting depository.

Persons who have been deprived of the auditor qualification certificate are allowed to be re-certified no earlier than three years later.
