Biofuels and their life cycle processes must be safe for human life and health and environmental protection, and meet the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
