Article 15. The amount of the insurance premium The Law on Compulsory Environmental Insurance
The amount of the insurance premium in the compulsory environmental insurance contract is established by agreement of the parties, but in the cases provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of Article 14 of this Law, the amount of the insurance premium should not exceed from 0.76 to 2.65 percent of the insured amount specified in the compulsory environmental insurance contract.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory environmental insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
