1. Participation in gambling and/or betting is prohibited:

1) individuals under the age of twenty-one;

2) persons who are limited in their participation in gambling and (or) betting;

3) persons who have unfulfilled obligations under executive documents on property penalties included by the authorized body implementing state policy and state regulation of activities in the field of enforcement of executive documents in the Unified Register of Debtors.

4) persons sentenced to imprisonment or sentenced to probation.

2. The rules of operation of a gambling establishment, bookmaker's office or sweepstake, acceptance of bets and gambling and (or) betting are posted by the gambling organizer in a prominent place in the gambling establishment, the bookmaker's office and (or) the sweepstake, as well as on the gambling organizer's Internet resource (if any) and must contain the following information:

1) the name of the gambling establishment, betting shop or sweepstakes;

2) the name of the gambling business organizer, indicating its location, bank details, identification number, and Internet resource (if any);

3) information about the license for the right to engage in activities in the field of gambling in the Republic of Kazakhstan, its validity period;

4) warning about the dangers of excessive gambling and/or betting;

5) the procedure for self-restriction of participation in gambling and (or) betting;

6) the location and contact phone numbers of specialists (institutions, organizations, services) providing psychological assistance to participants in gambling and (or) betting, as well as their close relatives;

7) the procedure for establishing the identity of a participant in a gambling and (or) betting;

8) types of gambling and (or) betting;

9) a list of information sources used to determine the outcome of the event on which the participants of the bet are betting;

10) basic terms and definitions directly used in gambling and/or betting;

11) the rights and obligations of the gambling business organizer and the participant of gambling and (or) betting in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

12) conditions of participation in gambling and (or) betting;

13) the procedure for conducting a gambling and/or betting, as well as a gaming session;

14) conditions for accepting bets in gambling and/or betting;

15) the amount of remuneration (commission) of the organizer of the gambling business, which carries out the activities of the sweepstakes, for mediation in the organization of betting;

16) the result, upon the occurrence of which the winnings are payable to the participant of the gambling and (or) betting;

17) dispute resolution procedure;

18) other information provided by the standard rules of operation of a gambling establishment, bookmaker's office or sweepstakes, acceptance of bets and conducted gambling and (or) betting, approved by the authorized body.

2-1. The rules of operation of a gambling establishment, bookmaker's office or sweepstake, acceptance of bets and conducted gambling and (or) betting must comply with the standard rules of operation of a gambling establishment, bookmaker's office or sweepstake, acceptance of bets and conducted gambling and (or) betting, approved by the authorized body.

3. The gambling business organizer has the right:

1) to establish restrictions on free access to a gambling establishment, bookmaker's office or sweepstakes (bookmaker's cash desk and/or sweepstakes) that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to prevent persons from gambling who violate the rules of operation of a gambling establishment, bookmaker's office or sweepstakes (bookmaker's cash desk and/or sweepstakes), accepting bets and gambling and/or betting.
