1. This Law shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/03/2019 No. 243-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3. To invalidate the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 20, 1998 "On the Status of the Capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 7-8, Article 79; 2001, No. 15-16, Articles 228, 229; 2002, No. 6, Article 75; 2003, No. 24 178; 2004, No. 23, article 142)

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 296.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of functioning of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal, economic and organizational bases of its activities.
