Article 15. The State Register of Judicial Experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan Law on Forensic Expertise

1. Information about experts of the judicial examination body, as well as private judicial experts, shall be entered into the State Register of Judicial Experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      2. The conduct of a forensic examination is entrusted to persons included in the State Register of Judicial Experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the cases provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 19 of this Law.

The article was amended and supplemented by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2026, No. 350-VIII SAM 

This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
