1. Local executive bodies provide:

1) social support for people with tuberculosis undergoing outpatient treatment;

2) assistance in labor and household arrangements for persons who have had tuberculosis.

2. Children with tuberculosis are allowed to study at schools and other educational institutions on a general basis by decision of the central medical advisory commission of healthcare organizations providing phthisiopulmonological care.

3. The specifics of admission, passage and dismissal from military service, service in special state and law enforcement agencies, civil protection agencies, and courier services for persons with or who have had tuberculosis are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Persons who disclose information about persons who have contracted and recovered from tuberculosis are responsible in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
