1. The information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies is a confidential digital system designed to provide employees and (or) employees of the authorized financial monitoring body, law enforcement, special state and other bodies with electronic digital resources from the digital systems of state, other bodies and organizations, allowing them to receive electronic digital resources exclusively at their request. requests within the framework of their activities in accordance with this Law.

The list of Internet resources and digital systems integrated with the information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies is determined by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The procedure and grounds for other bodies to obtain information from the information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies necessary to solve the tasks assigned to them are determined by joint regulatory legal acts of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the first heads of other bodies.

2. The information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies is operated by the operator of the information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state legal statistics and special accounting and the digital legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The rules for using the information exchange system of law enforcement, special state and other bodies are determined by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the authorized body in the field of digitalization.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 2003 No. 510.

This Law defines the legal basis and principles for the implementation of state legal statistics and special accounting, the powers and functions of the authorized body, subjects of legal statistics and special accounting.
