The bodies carrying out operational search activities develop and approve the rules for the operation of vehicles of the bodies carrying out operational search activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2014 No. 194-V SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis and general conditions for the functioning of road traffic and ensuring its safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
