The staff of the diplomatic service is certified in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service.

Diplomatic service personnel assigned to work in foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan are certified upon their return from the foreign institution in accordance with the procedure determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2002, No. 299.

This Law defines the legal basis, as well as the procedure for organizing the activities of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
