The Ministry of Defense, within its competence:

1) implements the state youth policy;

2) takes measures for military-patriotic education of youth;

3) carries out interaction and cooperation with youth organizations on defense and military service issues;

4) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 285-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of state youth policy.
