1. Toy safety compliance confirmation is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

2. Documents in the field of conformity assessment issued by a foreign state are considered valid in the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to their recognition in the state system of technical regulation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 306.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
