1. Conformity assessment of machinery and equipment is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

2. A document in the field of conformity assessment issued by a foreign state is considered valid in the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to its recognition by the state system of technical regulation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 305.

This Law regulates public relations in determining, establishing, applying and fulfilling requirements for machines and equipment, their life cycle processes, and establishes the legal basis for ensuring safety to ensure the protection of human life, health and the environment.
