In order to improve the activities of the state body, an advisory body is being created within the framework of the internal state audit - the Council on State Audit and Risks, headed by the first head of the state body, akim of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital.

The main tasks and the procedure for organizing the activities of the State Audit and Risk Council are defined in the rules for conducting internal state audit and financial control.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2015 No. 392-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations related to state audit and financial control, defines the powers and organization of the activities of state audit and financial control bodies.
