1. The Fund's development plan is being developed for ten years, taking into account the main directions of state policy in industrial, innovative, socio-economic and other areas of the Fund's activities.

2. In order to implement the development plan, the Fund's action plan is being developed for five years. The requirements for the content of the Fund's development plan are determined by the Fund's Board of Directors based on the minimum requirements for its content approved by the authorized state planning body. Companies are involved in the development of the Fund's action plan within their field of activity.

3. Companies develop company development plans for a period of ten years based on the Fund's development plan. The company's development plan is approved by its Board of Directors.

The Boards of Directors of companies approve action plans for a period of five years in order to implement their development plans.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 1, 2012 No. 550-IV.

This Law defines the legal status, operating procedure, goals, objectives and powers of the National Welfare Fund, the procedure for interaction between the National Welfare Fund and government agencies, as well as certain features of the legal status of legal entities whose shares belong to the National Welfare Fund and other organizations belonging to the National Welfare Fund group.
