1. The insured amount is determined by the employee's compulsory accident insurance contract, but it must not be less than the annual salary fund of all employees at the time of conclusion of the employee's compulsory accident insurance contract.

2. The sum insured shall be reduced by the amount of the insurance payment (insurance payments) and (or) the costs of burial, the costs of preventive and rehabilitative measures provided for in accordance with Article 19 of this Law.

3. The insurance amount may change in the event of a change in the annual salary fund of employees.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory employee accident insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
