Certain types of business activities in the field of motor transport are carried out on the basis of a license issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.

Irregular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses, as well as regular transportation of passengers by buses and minibuses in international traffic are carried out by buses and minibuses specified in the appendix to the license issued to the licensor.

In the event of a change in the unit of rolling stock of buses, minibuses, which carry passengers, specified in paragraph 2 of this article, the annex to the license is subject to renewal.

The license and/or the license annex are reissued in accordance with paragraphs 3 to 8 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
