1. Minimum social standards in the field of social security ensure the implementation of social guarantees and social rights to social security.

2. The minimum social standards in the field of social security are:

1) the minimum social standard "The cost of living";

2) the minimum social standard "Minimum pension amount";

3) the minimum social standard is "Guaranteed volume of special social services".

3. Minimum social standards in the field of social security are established and applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
