1. A pre-accreditation agreement is concluded between the accreditation body and the applicant.

2. The essential terms of the pre-credit agreement are:

1) the subject of the contract;

2) the rights and obligations of the parties;

3) the cost of the work;

4) the responsibility of the parties.

3. The standard pre-credit agreement is approved by the authorized body.

4. The pre-credit agreement is terminated in the following cases:

1) liquidation of a legal entity;

2) termination of the contract in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) failure to eliminate, within the time limit set by the accreditation body, inconsistencies identified during the examination of documents or examination of the applicant at the location;

4) the discovery by the accreditation body during the re-examination of documents or during a re-examination at the applicant's location of inconsistencies indicated respectively in the initial opinion of the accreditation expert or in the report of the examination group;

5) the decision of the accreditation body to refuse accreditation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2008 No. 61-IV.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, as well as related relations.
