1. The authorized body has the right, in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to publish statistical information in the mass media, publish statistical collections and otherwise use legal statistical information for practical and scientific research purposes.

2. Legal statistical information in the form of information accounting documents and reporting forms is stored in conditions that ensure its safety in accordance with the requirements determined by the authorized body.

3. The terms of storage of legal statistical information are established by the authorized body in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 2003 No. 510.

This Law defines the legal basis and principles for the implementation of state legal statistics and special accounting, the powers and functions of the authorized body, subjects of legal statistics and special accounting.
