The Company is prohibited from transferring all or part of the insurance risks assumed by the company to reinsurance to an insurance (reinsurance) organization licensed by an authorized body, or to a non-resident reinsurance organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to carry out intermediary activities or reinsurance risk acceptance activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2006 No. 163.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
