In cases stipulated by the articles of association, as well as upon termination of participation in a credit partnership, the participant is refunded the amount of the additional contribution within the time limits determined by the agreement of the parties or provided for by the articles of association of the credit partnership, but not more than ninety days from the date of the decision to terminate participation in the credit partnership. At the same time, this participant, who has obligations to the credit partnership, is paid after deducting his existing obligations to the credit partnership. <*>

This Law defines the legal status, the procedure for the creation, reorganization and liquidation, as well as the regulation of the activities of credit partnerships.
